Check out this place. A great site for everyone. They are overflowing with easy tips to help reduce our impact on the planet. In a way that's interesting and fun. They subscribe to my POV. It's the small things.
Small Changes . . . Done by Many . . . Create Big Results
Another great page on there site based on this premise. Please check it out. It really gets you thinking. Well beyond their tips. There's a lot that we can do without giving up much at all. Numbers do add up.Anyway, show them your support if you have the time.
We need more sites like this and we need them to grow.
Happy Holidays!

Here are a couple quick tips from me.
Paper or plastic? Neither. Carry bags with you or reuse the old ones. Half the time I don't even need one.
Try to stay away from the paper towels in the rest room. Use the hand dryer or shake them off. It's only water. It's crazy how much we need just to dry our hands. Half as much anyway, it adds up.
Save the wrapping paper your gifts were in!!!!! Re-use old newspaper or junkmail to wrap with. Then recycle it.
Oh, and remember to enjoy the moment. It's all we have. Be imaginative and share your smile, it's contagious.

SO FUNNY!!! I WAS JUST ABOUT TO BLOG ABOUT THE PAPER TOWELS IN THE PUBLIC BATHROOMS!!! I KNEW I LOVED YOU THE MOMENT I DISCOVERED THAT YOU AND I BOTH BOYCOTT PAPER TOWELS.THE LITTLE SOON TO BE 3 YEAR-OLD MERMAID AND I MAKE A GAME OUT OF FLICKING ONE ANOTHER WITH WATER AFTER WE WASH OUR HANDS AND THEN WIPE OUR HANDS ON ONE ANOTHER.IT’S WATER PEOPLE!! DO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT HAPPENS TO WATER WHEN-GOD FORBID- YOU DON’T WIPE IT OFF YOUR HANDS….IT EVAPORATESITS AMAZING BOYS AND GIRLS!
MORE ECO-FUN IDEAS? THIS YEAR WE WRAPPED ALL OUR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS IN LEFT OVER PAPER BAGS FROM THE GROCERY STORE (FROM THE FEW TIMES WE FORGOT OUR CLOTH BAGS) BROWN PAPER MAKES A GREAT CANVAS FOR COLLAGE, STAMPING, DRAWING ETC.
SO FUN AND EASY.LIKE IDEAL BITE’S MOTTO
“IT’S EASY BEING GREEN.”
(by the way… have I told you lately that YOU ROCK!!!!!)
